Scott McIndless
Scott is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Lotus Income. He oversees the company's high-level deliverables, including keeping company milestones in line with its vision and mission. Scott is also responsible for maintaining the company's foundational pillars, strengthening partnerships with distribution channels and associations, as well as with referral partners - those who truly align with Lotus Income's values.
Scott brings over 35 years of experience to Lotus Income, having worked with some of Canada's largest financial services companies, such as Canada Life, The Co-operators, and Heritage Education Funds. He began his career in sales and marketing, elevating into executive roles, including Chairman of Heritage Education Funds (2004 - 2017), overseeing the management of assets of over $2.7 billion.
Scott is also involved in the Toronto and York Region communities. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for Life With A Baby Foundation, an initiative that has helped over 170,000 Canadians by providing on-going support for new and expectant parents. In line with his drive to help Canadian families, Scott believes that reverse mortgages (equity releases) are one of the best financial options for inter-generational families to maximize their well-being at different stages of life.
