Our clients and communities remain our top priority
As COVID-19 developments continue to change rapidly, we are doing our best to adapt to how we work while protecting the safety of our people. To do this, we are monitoring the Coronavirus situation carefully so that we can continue to serve our valued clients.
Due to COVID-19, Lotus Income will actively adapt our business practices to comply with government regulations. We will be highly proactive. Above all, we will make sure that our clients and communities remain our top priority.
We realize that many provinces and municipalities have taken steps to declare a state of emergency. Rather than standby, we want to help. Here’s how we’re doing our part to protect the communities in which we live and work.
To prioritize everyone’s safety, our agents we will be processing your reverse mortgages by telephone and email from their homes.
Although you may hear a baby crying, a small child playing or even a dog barking while on a call, please realize we are all doing our part to help reduce the spread of this Coronavirus.
With this focus, we’re reducing on-site staff in our offices and call centres. Employees will work remotely and do their best to provide the service you’ve come to expect. We will set-up virtual meetings if necessary.
Helping clients remains our top focus.
We know some clients are facing financial challenges at this time. We encourage you to call your office if you need to discuss mortgage options available. Our agents are here to help.
